Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Perishable Products
Our charcuterie boards contain fresh, perishable food items. Once an order has been prepared and delivered or picked up, we cannot accept returns for food safety reasons.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled preparation time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Quality Issues
If you experience any quality issues with your order, please contact us immediately. We take quality seriously and will work with you to resolve any concerns. Please provide details about the issue and, if possible, photographs.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Order cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance
- Documented quality issues that cannot be resolved
- Errors on our part in order fulfillment
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Custom Orders
Custom orders that have already been prepared cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a documented error on our part. We recommend reviewing all custom order details carefully before finalizing your order.
